Who we are
1TECOplast - We are manufacturing partners for semi-finished and finished parts of plastics precision elements in many sectors and areas of the industry. We handle your needs of technical plastics parts quite individually, based on drawings or samples, using CNC controlled production machines and CAD-CAM assistance. 1TECOplast - Backing is provided by lean and economical structures. Optimized manufacturing methods enable us to produce "prototypes, small batches and series in numbers of thousands". We supply the specialty products meeting the high measurable standards of quality and precision, flexibly, economically and with dependable precision. This is warranted by the expertise of our staff. 1TECOplast - We process all thermoplastic synthetics available on the market of semi-finished parts, such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PSU, POM, PVDF, PEEK, PMMA, PTFE, plus all other high-performance plastics, as well as fibrous plastics in all cutting methods. We are absolutely familiar with the assembly of structural components, as well as the bonding, joining and welding of containers, modules and pipes. 1TECOplast - Our quality management is orientated at customer requirements and has been certified since the year 2000 according to the standard of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Our business policy is strictly following the customers' demands with regard to service, quality, competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
