Who we are

3B FLUID POWER SRL was founded in 2002 from the acquisition of the third-party branch of a metalworking company with a thirty-year history in the sector. Today the company produces cast iron or aluminum die-cast items, hydraulic power units, hydraulic blocks, and aluminum or steel components for automatic machines. MISSION & VISION Respond promptly to market demands, increasing our level of expertise and specialization: a goal that we aim to reach and exceed every day, thanks to targeted technological investments and optimization of all existing resources. Our name includes the hydraulic sector which is now the heart of our production. In the future of 3B, we wish to expand the acquired know-how also in other industrial sectors. THE REFERENCE SECTORS Agricultural Hydraulic Mechanical Automatic machines, labelling Food Automotive Electric motors, gearmotors COMPLEMENTARY PROCESSING We offer the possibility of completing the processing of the product through specific finishes: • Painting • Microphosphating with zinc salts • Microphosphating with manganese salts • Thermal deburring • Galvanizing • Heat treatments for cast iron • Anodizing of aluminum • Nickel plating • Resin or loctite impregnation Today the production plant has a consolidated configuration in industry 4.0 in which we periodically integrate latest-generation machinery. The production is currently composed of: N. 9 - horizontal work centers N. 3 - multi-pallet horizontal work centers N. 2 - vertical work centers N. 3 - robotic islands N. 3 - CNC lathes N. 1 - automatic ultrasonic cleaning system Our horizontal work centers are all MORI SEIKI NH5000 DCG. The vertical work centers are all QUASER. We have chosen to invest in machinery of the same brand and model, to guarantee maximum production flexibility in favor of optimizing delivery times.
