Who we are

3D-Druck Ebersdorf is a manufacturing service provider for technical plastic parts using the FDM/FFF process. We produce functional prototypes and small series based on CAD data and support companies with components for development, workshop, and production. The range includes housings, brackets, fixtures, and assembly gauges. Before production, we review the feasibility and coordinate the material, print orientation, and component requirements with the client. Adaptation of existing models and design are possible after project review. Our material selection includes PLA in a wide range of colors, PETG, PETG-CF, ABS, ABS-GF, ASA, PET-CF, PA6, PAHT-CF, PA6-CF, and PA12-CF. For flexible components, TPU in 60A, 70A, 82A, 90A, and 95A as well as foaming TPU Air are available. We keep many materials in stock; suitability, color, and specific implementation are checked in line with the project. For a specific quotation, we require CAD data, quantity, and details on the application. The location is Ebersdorf near Coburg; pickup and shipping are arranged by agreement. Maximum build volume: 320 × 320 × 300 mm (width × depth × height). Material and component requirements are coordinated before printing.
