Who we are
3DRap S.r.l. is an Italian company specializing in the serial production of technical plastic and elastomer components through industrial 3D printing. Through our 3DRap Factory division, we support companies operating in the automotive, automation, electronics, electrical engineering, windows and doors, and general manufacturing sectors with the production of finished components, spare parts, housings, brackets, protective parts, jigs, fixtures and custom components. One of our main advantages is the ability to manufacture directly from a 3D file without producing molds or dedicated tooling. This eliminates initial tooling costs, reduces production lead times and provides high flexibility for small, medium and larger production batches. Our production facility includes a print farm of more than 100 3D printers and several manufacturing technologies, including FDM/FFF, SLS and resin 3D printing. We process a wide range of engineering materials, including rigid polymers, flexible TPU materials with different Shore hardness levels and specialized materials for industrial applications. We can manage both recurring serial production and on-demand manufacturing, from individual components to batches of hundreds or thousands of parts. Our digital manufacturing process also makes it possible to quickly modify geometries, dimensions, logos, markings, identification codes and other component features without producing new tooling. In addition to manufacturing, we support customers with design, Design for Additive Manufacturing optimization, material selection, prototyping and validation. Our components are manufactured in Italy, making 3DRap Factory a suitable partner for industrial companies looking for a flexible, responsive and easily scalable European supply chain. 3DRap Factory: industrial production without molds, from digital file to finished component.
