Who we are
Established 1919 A. + E. KELLER cold forming technology for the automotive industry competent and reliable partner in the cold forming - the most cost-effective method in mass production of metal parts. With its comprehensive know-how and modern machinery, we produce a wide range of sophisticated cold forged parts made of steel and aluminum. In developing individual solutions in cold forming, we occupy a leading position in the international automotive industry. When the order is placed, we design and test forming tools that are economically manufactured in our own workshop. Another plus is our great expertise in the field of further processing - the possibilities of cutting and non-cutting manufacturing are complementary with us in an ideal way. During series production, we provide with the debugged test sequences in our certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and ISO / TS 16949 for manufacturing compliance with the strict quality standards.Through constant monitoring of the forming tools during production, we are able to ensure a regulated process. The interests of the environment we carry according to DIN / ISO 14001 certified management system account. Our quality assurance department works with the latest testing equipments such as computer-aided Bruchlastprüfmaschinen and measuring stations, as well as profile projectors and hardness testers. In our laboratory, each batch of material is checked for their chemical and mechanical properties. So we make sure to always provide products of consistently high quality.
