Who we are
The ABW Housing Technology is part of the ART group [www.art-gmbh.de] and shall, within the ART group for the field of sheet metal processing. We produce in addition to our main plant in Weingarten also in our factory in Plakowice / Poland. Overall, we have the following machinery in use: 2 Trumpf laser machine 4 Trumpf punching machines 8 Kant Trumpf machines 4-/5- and 6-axis stop 2 surface grinders 1 Datron milling machine 1 table adhesive for composite materials with small form and position tolerances 1 powder coating plant We manufacture control panels, control cabinets, machine frames and, lee, PC racks, trays and various other sheet metal parts as per customer requirements in different materials [steel, aluminum, stainless steel or precoated plates]. In our own powder coating facility, we work with our customers' products according to their specifications. Our design works with the Siemens PLM Software NX6 and we are happy to assist our customers at the design orconstruct according to customer specifications and provide the CAD models after conclusion. The ART Group operates as a system supplier and value-added partner in electrical engineering and mechatronics. The combination of all service modules from housing technology, cable assembly, control engineering, mechatronics and a customer-oriented logistics we call SYSMART ® - a distinctive term for the reliability of our group of companies. Our customers include companies such as Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, OTIS Elevators, Trumpf, INDEX and NIMBUS.
