About ACS 3D Srl
Who we are
ACS 3D Srl is an additive manufacturing service bureau based in Sovere, Northern Italy, specializing in prototypes, functional components, spare parts and low-volume production for manufacturing companies. We operate in-house with FDM/FFF and SLA/MSLA technologies, using a production fleet of 9 FDM systems and 2 resin systems. We process standard and engineering materials including PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PA, PP, PC and other compatible engineering polymers, as well as standard, ABS-like, tough and engineering photopolymer resins. We support customers from feasibility assessment through production, with additional services including DfAM, CAD design, part optimization for additive manufacturing and post-processing. Production is managed through defined operating procedures and a custom internal management system that provides digital traceability from quotation to finished part, including machine assignment, production records, non-conformity management and photographic documentation. Our typical production range is 1 to approximately 100 parts, with larger quantities evaluated according to geometry, material and production requirements. Our internal quality management system is currently being developed in preparation for future ISO 9001 certification.
