We manufacture precision turned parts since 1954. With us ... is milled, drilled, turned, ground ... We are equipped with machinery that extends from CNC lathes up to highly automated CNC lathes. In our highly modernized machines are Mazak and Index, Traub, Boley, Gildemeister and Citizen CNC machines as well as manual lathes. Products: We manufacture precision turned parts of samples / test parts to small / medium and large series of a diameter of 2 mm to 70 mm and lengths up to 800 mm in the bar area. In the food sector, we finished with a diameter up to 300 mm and a length of up to 250 mm. Material: Are processed machining steels and stainless steels as well as the non-ferrous metals copper, brass and aluminum. Plastics: PA6, PA6.6, POM, PDFE and PVC. Processing methods: Our modern machinery enables the complete machining of demanding long-and short turned parts as well as milling and grinding work. Delivery program: Adapter, axles, bushings, threaded inserts, nozzles, flanges, shafts, fittings, coolant nozzle, hubs, rolling piston, pistons, flanged shafts, spacers, brackets, cranks, plugs, spring plates, pins, rollers, nozzles, washers, valve seats, cone, spool, sockets, spindles, straight pins, cylinder screws, locking screws, soldering nipple, solder lugs, valve plates, valve plug, valve spindles, bolt, rivet, connecting bolts, shield rings, sleeve nuts, ram, sleeves, reducers, locking screws, welding nozzle, solenoid valve housing, double nipple, cover, nut, piston rods Heat treatment processes and surface coating: What we can even afford economically upscale, is done in house.
