The company Adler has in addition to the manufacturing and assembly of mechanical components in the fields of electrical engineering, medical technology, laser technology, special engineering and aeronautical engineering specialized to the machining (milling, drilling, tapping, brushing and grinding, engraving and screen printing and assembly) of custom front panels. We can deal with workpieces of sizes up to 1500 x 1000 mm on our modern milling machines. It changes to both the U-profiles and flat aluminum front panels. The surfaces can be passivated, anodized, anodized / plated and lacquered. We process aluminum and aluminum alloys, brass, copper and other nonferrous metals, Plexiglas, polycarbonate, PVC, POM, PEEK and Ultem. The machine park comprises many High Speed Cutting machining centers for fast and efficent work. For screen printing there is one semi-automatic machine.
