Who we are
We produce customer-specific, ready-to-connect cables, cable bundles and complete cable harnesses with plugs, contacts or wire end ferrules in-house. Here, plugs and contacts are processed using crimping, soldering, screwing and insulation clamp technology. Our extensive range of customer-specific cable assemblies ranges from simple stranded wires, coaxial cables, control lines, ribbon cables and round cables to power supply cables and complex cable harnesses. Data cables for data centers cabling are also part of our production (Cat. 5e (Class D), Cat 6A (Class EA) patch cable. We also supply OM2, OM2+, OM3, OM4, OS2 fiber optic cables in single-mode and multi-mode in accordance with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173-1, -5. Our production focus is on small and medium-sized series; however, we are also able to service large series with efficient external partners. Our internal processes and production procedures are controlled and monitored through our EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. In doing so, we use modern manufacturing and testing equipment, which we use to subject the manufactured products to a 100% final inspection (optical and/or electronic). The final inspection is carried out in close coordination with our customers. This can be proven by special test reports and electronic documentation for traceability. Short delivery times and the implementation of individual customer requirements are our strengths. Profound advice and support from development to the creation of prototypes to series production are a matter of course for us.
