About AHa! Thermoforming GmbH
Who we are
We are a flexible manufacturer of deep drawn parts made of plastic with the technique of vacuum-thermal-deformation English = Thermoforming.
It was formerly known as vacuum forming.
Although the AHa! Thermoforming GmbH is a relatively young company, the people behind it are still "old hands" in the industry. Nearly 80 years of experience of our staff in the field Thermoforming, speak for themselves.
Through our many years of experience in the professional field, in implementing complex projects, but also in logistics and organization, we would like you to implement new projects, as well as their series production of plastic thermoformed parts, eager to offer advice and assistance.

Our machinery is chosen with care.
We are able to manufacture small, thin-walled, but also large complex deep drawn parts in the situation. The dimensions range as of 20 x 20 x 5 mm with a min. material thickness of 0.3 mm, to large deep-drawn part with max. Dimensions of 2,200 x 1,200 x 700 mm and a max. Output material thickness of 15 mm.
The possibilities of post are manually sawing, punching and 5-axis CNC machining.
The machining of deep-drawn parts is possible without restrictions with our new 5-axis CNC machining center.
We may use your 3-D data as trimming data for CNC programming for CNC machining.
At our site Wurmlingen in Tuttlingen, we have created approximately 2500qm optimal production conditions for our currently seven employees. There is plenty of room in order to serve our customers either through appointment orders, just in time or in the short term blanket orders from the warehouse. The terms of delivery are as you'd expect, with enough space and for all transport vehicles the right way.
