Who we are
The John Banholzer Metallwarenfabrikation GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized companies in Berlin, which has been operating for more than half a century as a manufacturer of forged parts, especially for the automotive industry. Our core competence lies in the metal forming. We manufacture high quality stamping, bending, - and drawing parts of varying difficulty in a variety of lot sizes. With our modern stamping and transfer machines with a pressing force 50-320 t we can edit tape material comprises from 0.1 up to 6.5 mm for all common steel, stainless steel and non-metal materials and even stamping gold-plated circuit boards as well as two deep drawing presses 115-250 tons of force also manufacture deep drawn parts. To our manufacturing range includes the manufacturing of sheet metal and welded assemblies by welding and assembly fixtures. The basis of our performance in the series production represents the tool and fixtureThese include conception, design and construction of optimally designed for the purpose of tools in close cooperation with our customers. Following these ideas, we build bending, embossing, cutting, thermoforming, and Progressive and transfer dies. We also manufacture prototypes, pre-series and patterns cheap and quickly with the help of standard tools, devices and support tools. Every day it inspires us, that for many years then, leading companies in the automotive industry such as Daimler and ZF at us, and customers from other industries such as Bosch-Siemens in the household appliance industry, Otto Bock HealthCare from the medical and Siemens in the energy trust us.
