The life helping the disabled Zollernalb eV was founded in 1967 and employs today as "Foundation Zollernalb life" in its subsidiaries ZAW gGmbH, ISBA gGmbH, AIZ gGmbH over 550 people with a handicap. In cooperation with our clients from various industries, we have acquired expertise in many areas. At our four main locations in Zollernalbkreis, our successful partnership with both large companies, medium-sized as well as small companies, public administrations and consumers. Areas of the AIZ gGmbH: Sheet metal working: Cutting, punching with a trump Laser-/Stanzanlage, a flatbed laser machines and two press brakes and bend sheets and tubes in various thicknesses and with high precision. As of mid-2013, we are reliable and accurate Customize with a robotic cell with the laser welding method capable of the highest quality products. - Processes: Plates / sheet metal parts from steel, stainless steel and aluminum, in various sizes and strengths, from simple sheet metal parts to sophisticated design with complex contours, laser, punching, tapping, welding, riveting, bending, bending, ... - Products: Medical instruments, parts of furniture, kitchen accessories, model airplanes, Railings, parts for sports equipment, beehive covers, ...
