About Albore design
Who we are
Albore Design is a product development studio specialized in the development, prototyping and production of custom products and components. We support companies and professionals throughout the entire product development process, from the initial idea to the finished product. Our services include product design and development, 3D CAD modelling, design optimization for manufacturing, prototyping, 3D printing and small to medium series production. We manufacture functional prototypes, components, technical parts, enclosures, supports and customized products, working both on new developments and on existing CAD files or models provided by the customer. For additive manufacturing, we mainly use FDM technologies with materials such as PLA, PETG and TPU. Additional manufacturing technologies and processes can also be managed through our network of specialized production partners. We can handle both individual projects and ongoing production requirements, acting as an external partner for companies requiring additional capacity in product development, prototyping or manufacturing. We are based in the Province of Varese, Italy, strategically located close to Milan and the Swiss border.
