It produces CNC milled parts made of light - and non-ferrous metal in small, medium and large series range that meet through various mass finishing process (barrel finishing) the highest aesthetic demands. Our range includes CNC 5-axis milling parts such as covers, adapters, stop, shoot, fasteners, brackets, guides, bearings, swing, cabinet, carrier, base, sockets, heat sinks, bars, plates, prisms, angle, centering, visor, motor mount etc. Processing methods: Aluminium-/Leicht-und non-ferrous metal processing, CNC 3-axis milling, CNC 4-axis milling, CNC 5-axis milling, aluminum machining, CNC metal processing, CNC metal machining, precision - milled parts, Vibratory Finishing Machines for deburring (Trowal), assembly work. Heat treatment, surface coating and labeling: We offer anodizing, chromating, hartcoting, paint, nickel, teflonbeschichen, glass bead blasting and laser label.
