Stelzer - Your Partner in the steel and engineering We are an efficient supplier of Steel Structures, pipelines and weldments. With us it's all about the material steel, from individual parts to fully assembled and packaged assembly. 2012, we have built new in close proximity to our existing site. On a total of 5,500 m² of production space we can move piece weights up to 20 t. Its core competencies include the welding technology, we are a welding company with high technical welding know-how. In addition to TIG, MIG / MAG process the plasma welding and stud welding come with us to the application. We currently employ at our headquarters in Kempen more than 40 employees, and operate as a manufacturing specialist, especially for steel fabricators, machine shops and engineering offices. Today, increasingly not only welded parts, but pre-finished components and complete machines are made, to the test run.Mount on the site? We provide your complete assemblies together, label, pack - and you can find everything quickly again. Short-term appointments? No problem - we have a high degree of vertical and can respond quickly. Steelwork DIN 18800 part 7 class E DIN 15018 AD 2000 HP0 Engineering: CNC milling and CNC turning. Pipes: Hydraulic piping, high pressure piping, low pressure piping. Welding: TIG, MIG, MAG, plasma welding, stud welding. Prefabrication as beveling, rolling, blasting, sawing and drilling. Burning operation, plasma cutting and autogenous cutting. Surface protection, such as radiation, priming and painting. Component manufacture: Procurement of the components parts list, assembly, labeling and packaging. New highlights! Plates drilling Brennan situation.Drilling up to ø75 mm, thread cutting, milling and plasma cutting on one machine. High speed through advanced Hypertherm firing technology and solid carbide tools in drilling. Sheet thicknesses up to 80 mm! Continuous blasting machine for parts up to 2500 mm width and up to 26 m length. We radiate in pay for you!
