Who we are
CNC series machining of turned and milled parts in high quality In our CNC subcontracting division, various cast and forged parts in annual quantities of 1,000 to 1.5 million pieces are machined on CNC machining and turning centers. There are currently 30 machines in use in Amkon's Plant II, which are looked after by our employees in two or three shifts. CNC subcontracting was certified for the first time in 2008 according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management system. In series processing, we attach great importance to consistent product quality. It is therefore a matter of course for us to check and document the manufactured parts accordingly. An air-conditioned precision measuring room with the appropriate measuring technology in the form of measuring equipment and measuring systems is available for this. 3D measuring machine Zeiss DuraMax for measuring all parts in the measuring room Conturograph Optacom VC-10 for measuring complex contours Optical measuring device Hommel opticline C514 for serial measurement of turned parts
