Aportaciones Especiales S.A. – Advanced Surface Engineering & Precision Manufacturing Aportaciones Especiales S.A. is a Spanish company with more than 50 years of industrial experience, specialising in advanced surface engineering, manufacturing and refurbishment of critical components. Our key strength is the integration of four advanced, fully robotised coating and cladding technologies: * **DLD / Laser Cladding (Directed Laser Deposition) * **PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) * **HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) * **APS (Atmospheric Plasma Spray) These technologies enable us to provide tailored solutions against wear, erosion, corrosion and demanding service conditions as well as to restore high-value components and extend their operational lifetime. We have extensive experience applying Stellite alloys, Inconel, Colmonoy, Ultimate, tungsten carbides, WC-based coatings, AISI 431HC and other high-performance materials. In addition, we have extensive in-house CNC turning, milling, precision grinding and dimensional inspection capabilities, allowing us to manage the complete manufacturing or refurbishment process within our own facilities. We routinely work with demanding base materials such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Nitronic, stainless steels and titanium. Our experience includes critical components for **desalination, pumps, petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, marine,defense and general industrial applications**.
