Who we are
The ASD engineering has specialized in the area of individual production of machine components, as well as small and medium series for almost all areas of mechanical engineering, special purpose machine and related industries around the metal processing. We loaded and processed but also plastics and non-metals. We deliver the complete part or the complete package with all the surface requirements and other requirements such as printing, embossing, labeling, etc.
Individual Manufacturing
The ASD Engineering manufactures you put your items according to drawings or on request by sketch. However, it is important to learn from you, the boundary conditions, so that a very good or better an excellent result.
Milled parts up to a length of 1600 mm and turned parts up to a diameter of 600 mm, we can perform by finishing with all requirements of surface finish to special treatments such as anodizing or many other species.We deal with any machinable materials and leave us even when impossible demands something.
We can also produce items made of sheet metal or as welded plate assembly including surface. You can trust us with sensitive requirements. Our customers in optics and metrology know, be that in ASD parts touched with "kid gloves" and well packaged.
Our employees are highly qualified, of course, and sensitized in dealing with precision in the thousandths range, but also know the requirements can not be interpreted by the drawing is clearly evident in features.
Series production
The ASD engineering customized for you, even small and medium-sized series of lathes, milling machines - and sheet metal parts. Production and assembly of components
The ASD Engineering also provides you with the manufacture and assembly of complete assemblies. These include welded assemblies or assembly units according to your wishes or with our assistance if you can describe to us exactly how the required function presents. We manufacture and procure the necessary parts and thereby also logistical tasks. Wish we can also obstruct parts provided, such as motors, pneumatic or electric elements orelectronic components.
In cooperation with an external service provider, we also realize automation tasks and functional tests of the individual components.
