Manufacturing nautical and aeronautical instruments, precision engineering, mechanical engineering, pressure gauges and thermometers. For more than 150 years, we are one of the specialists in the field of nautical instruments and aircraft instruments. These include, among other things, the hand bearing compass, the Peildiopter, the immersion depth gauge and ship's clocks. Precision Technology: Turning and Milling For many years, we produce complex components for the aircraft industry, for the wind power technology, for medical and general engineering.The process chain we follow from design to prototyping to series production for our customers. Our main expertise lies in manufacturing and supplying of aluminum, stainless steel (stainless steel components made: 1.4548.4, 1.4534.4, 1.4462, 1.4549.9, 1.4571, etc.), plastic and titanium precision parts for aircraft, as for example, Airbus Germany GmbH, as well as other precision turned and milled parts such as: holders, fittings, bolts, electrical holders, bushings, washers, fork heads, housings, fittings, hydraulic system, guides, guide parts, hinges, seat rails, flanges, pins, axles, sleeves, socks etc. Equipped with the latest CNC turning and milling centers, CNC machining centers and with the latest 5-Achsfrästechnik the company produces up to 70,000 components per month. We use the latest CNC measuring equipment and a trained QA personnel, the company is to deliver the highest quality in the situation. On request, sample test reports can be created. Our modern machinery enables the manufacturing of sophisticated components with highest precision.Qualified staff, structured processes and the use of modern technology in production and measurement technology are the building blocks for the highest standards of quality. Special machine and special equipment Not only the standard is important for us, but above all the special requests of our customers! Each project requires specially developed products. Equipped with numerous specialists, you have come to the right place for tricky solutions!
