Who we are
We are manufacturer of custom industrial parts made of elastic, compact (= non-foamed) polyurethane.
The plastic is similar to rubber, but has many advantages; among them are:
• very high mechanical strength,
• as well as very high cut resistance, excellent elastic recovery,
• low abrasion,
• different colors available, but no color abrasion
For instance, Elastomeric polyurethane is used for
• damping (collision) elements
• heavy-duty wheels and roller coatings,
• wear protectives.
Wherever rubbing, shaking, turning, sliding, bouncing is an issue, our material guarantees precise movement / reliable hold and right protection.
Our Shore hardness range is from 25 ° to 95 ° Shore A.
