Bade und Rinscheid is a specialist for metal processing of aluminium, steel, stainless and high-strength steel and other standard materials (Cu, Ms) Toolmaking, stamping production including surface treatment and global just-in-time delivery for your provision of Sheet metal technology for automotive control systems Heatsinks EMV shielding High tensile stainless spring steel parts Housing components and assemblies for standard- and special plugs Precision bending and deep-drawn parts for assemblies for rubber-metal or plastic-metal combining techniques Reinforcements as an inner part for vibration damper/absorber e.g. Sleeves and drawn parts for chassis frame components Axle spring plates for pivoted bogie of railway vehicles Stamped and bended parts and assemblies Brackets for automotive sensors and functional assemblies Handholds and edge protection for wooden boxes according to DIN and TLA 004 Special fittings BADE UND RINSCHEID processes coil and strip steel from 0,2 up to 8 mm thickness. Especially for the use of aluminium – but not only – the machinery and equipment have optimized functionalities. Automated stamping machines, hydraulic and eccentric presses with forces up to 3.150 MPa process coils up to a width of 600 mm. Small tolerances, high demands with regard to planeness e.g. and other sophisticated specifications are covered and as far as possible already checked during production in line. Our industrial cleaning devices – built in accordance to environmental demands make use of fluids that are CHC free. The possibilities are given for the use of degreasing processes according to VDA 19 or DIN ISO 16232 e.g.. The considerable and responsible run of processes leads to products with high quality standards. Our lean organisation assures short lead times in production and a serious focus on customer demands.
