Who we are
The Balzer KABELWERK MEISSEN GmbH would like to present as a competent partner for standard and special cables. In our 9001 certified according to DIN ISO factory about 200 employees produce harmonized and approved wire and control cables (VDE, UL, CSA, MTW, ...) as well as a variety of special cables. A high degree of vertical wire drawing on the precursors and Kunststoffgranulierung ensure consistent quality and enable us to flexible structures and production times. We process approximately 1,000 tonnes of copper per month and have an annual production of more than 550,000 km of cables and wires. Our more than 125 years of industry experience assures good quality. By using special insulating and sheathing materials from our own production and considering demanding strand constructions we manufacture cables for the highest demands. We process a variety of materials from PVC to PE or PUR halogen-free, etc., and mixtures thereof. As a function of the design, we can protect etc. with foils and / or copper wires, for example steel reinforced or supply. Well-known European manufacturer of the machinery and plant engineering and drive technology are among our customers. As a manufacturer we consider our strengths, particularly in the low-cost delivery of larger quantities.
