Barattieri Sinterizzati Srl specializes in the production of sintered metal components in iron, steel, stainless steel, and bronze, serving industries such as automotive, power transmission, general mechanics, medical devices, and volumetric pumps. Founded by Engineer Alessandro Barattieri di San Pietro, the company combines over 50 years of experience in heat treatment with 15 years of expertise in powder metallurgy, offering customized, high-precision solutions. With a press range from 4 to 150 tons, an 18-meter belt sintering furnace, and over 400 active molds, we manage the entire production cycle in-house: from design and pressing to mechanical machining, calibrating, and quality control (certified ISO 9001:2015). Key strengths: Production of gears, pinions, eccentrics, pulleys, rotors, lobe pumps, and self-lubricating bushings. Small to large batch production with optimized costs. In-house laboratory with CMM machines, dimensional checks, and mechanical testing. Member of EPMA (European Powder Metallurgy Association), with a strong focus on innovation and R&D.
