As a leading metal processors in the Prignitz we have expertise in 3 areas: Contract manufacturing with water jet cutting Ventilation ducts and accessories Metal design in the design and execution In addition to the advice provided by our project engineers, our customers can rely on a high standard of quality and short delivery times of our products. Flexible and well-trained workers ensure the constant development of our manufacturing techniques and are a guarantee of a consistently good value for money. As a recognized training company of the Chamber of Commerce we constantly train apprentices to skilled workers. Our machinery is state of the art and is controlled by a powerful computer. Joining processes such as MIG brazing of galvanized sheet metal and welding of chromium-nickel steels (V2A and V4A) are part of our standard of production. Water jet cutting Our manufacturing factory is specialized in blanks of all materials that are not be cut due to your material thickness with other cutting methods. The water jet cutting machine has two cutting heads and a processing area of 2.2 x 4 m.The cut surfaces are virtually burr-free, free from scale and on stainless steels and ferritic materials without hardness increases. Materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, glass, ceramics, rubber or composite materials are tailored exactly. We are proficient in material thicknesses of up to 100mm and more. Your cuts are a challenge for us!
