As a young company in the middle of East Westphalia, we specialize in milling steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Our lean and efficient structures enable us to guarantee an attractive price-performance ratio and maximum flexibility. This enables us to react to unexpected situations at any time with the appropriate measures. Adherence to delivery dates and deadlines are a matter of course for us. With the latest machines, processes and procedures, we achieve the highest level of accuracy, quality and productivity. CAM programming and laser measurement guarantee us the highest precision and process reliability in production. Tight tolerances can be achieved in our quality control through an automated tactile measurement can be checked for dimensional and shape accuracy. Our services at a glance Our modern CNC milling machines enable us to economically manufacture your components in high quality with low tolerances. Thanks to the high spindle speeds of up to 20,000 revolutions per minute, even the smallest geometries can be machined with a high surface quality. All manufacturing processes are digitally optimized in advance for quality and cost-effectiveness. The automatic process monitoring ensures consistent precision and quality even with larger series. We manufacture according to 3D data in all common formats as well as according to drawings or sketches. We are also happy to support you in designing your workpieces for machining. We specialize in components with a size of up to 650 x 450 x 300 mm with a maximum workpiece weight of 800kg made of various materials (steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, plastic). Together with our partners, we are happy to implement surface refinement according to your requirements.
