Who we are
We are active in the fields of fixture construction, assembly and additive manufacturing. Our focus is on the practical production and assembly of mechanical components, assemblies and functional fixtures. In the field of fixture construction, we manufacture measuring, testing and assembly fixtures for different applications. We focus on stable, functional designs that are suitable for the intended use. In the area of assembly, we carry out mechanical assembly of components and assemblies as well as industrial and pre-assembly work. Depending on the requirements, individual components can be prepared, assembled, adjusted and checked. Another focus is additive manufacturing using FDM 3D printing. We produce functional components, prototypes, brackets, housings, fixture components and other technical parts. In addition to standard plastics, technical and fibre-reinforced materials can also be used. 3D printing is particularly suitable for components where functionality and mechanical performance are more important than a perfect surface finish, providing a fast and flexible manufacturing option. We work with a wide range of materials, including mild steel, tool steel, case-hardening and heat-treatable steels, free-machining steel and various stainless steels. In the field of light metals, we work with aluminium and aluminium alloys, magnesium and magnesium alloys, as well as titanium and titanium alloys. We also work with copper and copper alloys, brass, zinc and zinc alloys, as well as solders. We also have experience working with technical and fibre-reinforced plastics, including glass-fibre-reinforced plastics (GFRP) and carbon-fibre-reinforced plastics (CFRP). We combine conventional mechanical manufacturing and assembly with modern additive manufacturing.
