Who we are

Company description — BENEDER Kompetenzgruppe The BENEDER competence group, consisting of Beneder Werkzeugbau GmbH and Beneder Kunststofftechnik GmbH, is a traditional family business based in Schwertberg, Upper Austria. Since 1965, the name BENEDER has stood for maximum precision, innovative strength and customer focus in the fields of toolmaking and plastics technology. With around 45 employees, the company combines decades of experience with state-of-the-art machinery and the latest technologies. With a production area of 3,300 m², a 950 m² warehouse and 5,000 m² outdoor storage space, BENEDER offers comprehensive capacities for projects of all sizes. Core competencies: Toolmaking: Own design on SolidWorks 2022 CAM programming with hyperMILL hyperCAD-S 5-axis milling, HSC milling, wire EDM, sink EDM Complete in-house production of mold structures, inserts and electrodes Prototype construction using 3D printing Initial sampling, tool adjustment and acceptance in our own factory Plastics technology: Modern machinery with clamping forces of 7 to 600 tons Injection molding including 2-component technology Comprehensive automation High vacuum evaporation with ALUMET 1000 H (e.g. for reflectors) 3D measurement and quality assurance with ATOS Core 300 Products and services: Technical plastic parts and lighting technology components (e.g. reflectors, light guides, thick-walled lenses) Laser cutting and individual component finishing Prototype production in a wide variety of materials Structured warehousing and high level of vertical integration Sustainability and quality: BENEDER lives by using heat recovery, LED lighting and modern machinery. Quality assurance is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
