Our machine park consists of 15 high-quality and versatile CNC milling machines and machining centers of various manufacturers such as FPT, Micron, SHW or Rivolta, mostly equipped with Heidenhain controls. All machines are connected to an external programming system, so the machine remains ready for use during the programming phase. This allows you and us a cheaper production. Turn In our Dreherei we produce for you individual parts and small series. Our CNC machines can be up maximum turning diameter 600 x 2000 mm. Our machinery has four lathes, two conventional, a teach-in and a CNC lathe. Grind With our grinding machines, we can process workpieces up to 6000 mm length and 300 mm width (also adjustable). Our machine park offers four different models for your workpieces. Welding In our welding construction, we can manufacture welded constructions of all kinds up to 5 tons of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum or copper.With our professional certified welders, we manufacture your design, MIG, MAG, TIG or MMA welding process. We can also soft and hard soldering. Of course, your design is on request, bead-blasted or painted. We have the certificate of welder qualification test according to DIN EN 287-1, have little proof of suitability in accordance with DIN 18800-7, are after 3.1B Umstempelberechtigt and meet the welding quality requirements according to DIN EN 729-2. Assembly We manufacture your machine from the procurement of materials to final acceptance. Through our long-standing relationship with industry, we have very good conditions for your standard parts. Our experience and flexibility enable us to meet your requirements and wishes always to meet. Due to the ever increasing demand assembly we have had since the end of 2007 our assembly area increased by 400 m², so we get to meet the high demands of customers in the assembly.
