Who we are
Bergmaier Präzision has been a family business in the metalworking sector since the beginning of 1972. The focus is on the production of special and precision parts in which individual customer requirements are taken into account. Individual, prototype and sample parts ranging from the millimeter range to the meter size are thus manufactured in small batches. In over 40 years, the range of editing has grown and the program has become more diverse. Where turned and milled parts were initially produced in a small hall in the backyard, there are now two large halls in the industrial area, where turned, milled and eroded parts are manufactured using the latest technology (up to 5-axis simultaneous milling). Thanks to professional, qualified personnel and cutting-edge machinery, we developed into a progressive, innovative company. Since the company's activities are not only based on continuous improvement of production processes and the introduction of cutting-edge technologies, but also great value is placed on the environment and sustainability, there are photovoltaic systems on the roofs of the production halls and a large heat recovery plant also returns the otherwise lost energy. If you wish, we have all the necessary test documents and certificates for our products. The entire company is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015, which we have expanded internally to include an environmental management system (similar to ISO 14004).
