Beta Vakum & Plastik is a Turkish manufacturer specializing in plastic thermoforming, ABS sheet extrusion, CNC machining and thermoforming mould production, with manufacturing experience dating back to 1983. We manufacture custom thermoformed plastic components for industries including medical equipment, automotive, defence, industrial machinery, refrigeration, agricultural machinery and industrial cleaning equipment. Our in-house capabilities include ABS sheet extrusion, thermoforming, vacuum forming, plug-assist forming, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining, mould design and manufacturing, and reverse engineering. ABS sheets can be produced up to 1300 mm width and 1–6 mm thickness, depending on application requirements. By combining sheet production, mould manufacturing, thermoforming and CNC finishing under one roof, we are able to support customers from prototype and tooling stages through serial production.
