Of course, we guarantee a solution that is adapted to your needs. Computer-controlled processes ensure a fast and above all flexible manufacturing. Therefore, we are able to meet even the most unusual requests in the shortest time: whether as a single piece, in small or large series. For many years, we use a wide variety of parts for diverse industries. These include: construction, automotive, retail chains and mechanical engineering. Of course, we are also certified 9001:2001 for several years according to DIN ISO. Precision in laser technology We use two independently operating bystar laser cutting machines, one of which is equipped with a 3.5 kW and the other with a 4 kW CO2 laser. These produce the whole night through unmanned. This is possible by means of the concatenation of a fully automatic Bycell Storage tower concept. Through this concept, we are able, stainless steel up to 20mm to 15mm Standard tin and process aluminum up to 12mm as well as Plexiglas precise. We will basically cut by nitrogen to avoid trace oxides. In addition, we are able to process with our 5-axis 3D Mazak laser cutting system pipes, as well as deep-drawn parts. The inexpensive alternative: Stamping Technology With an automated Trumpf punching machine, we offer an affordable and flexible alternative to laser cutting. Coins, threads and passages can thus be realized. Bending technology, exactly With the 3-point bending technology Hämmerle and a maximum compression force of 200 tons, bending length to 3 meters, we process steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheets with the highest repeatability. other services • Welding: We control the welding process MIG, MAG and TIG. • Pipe Cutting: We process all round, square and rectangular tubes up to an outside diameter of 400mm. • Surfaces: Also on the processing and finishing of your products, we are well set.
