We offer over 20 years of experience in CNC precision turned parts and Automatendrehtechnik. Foundation of Birk CNC precision turned parts in February 2006 by Dipl.-Ing. Maschinenbau Gunther Birk in Wehingen. In March 2008, the company is founded and appointment of Mr. Siegfried Häsler, metalworking foreman, as CEO. In March 2012, the company moved Birk CNC precision turned parts to new premises after Spaichingen. We produce with high precision machinery quality Made in Baden-Württemberg Products Our long experience in machining guarantees consistent optimum quality and precision in every detail. The company Birk CNC precision turned parts GmbH is certified to DIN ISO 9001:, 2015. Production of CNC turning parts of any kind with cross holes, off-center drilling, milled surfaces and contours, as well as key areas. CNC short turned parts: Machining from bar up to diameter 55 mm Chuck parts up to 250 mm diameter CNC sliding parts: up to diameter 32 mm Numbers: - Small to large batch sizes possible. - Prototyping Automatic Screw Machine Parts: For larger quantities, we have the opportunity on our cam lathes with less complex geometry and tolerance requirements, various rotary components such as: - Bushings, nuts - washers - Spacers - Sleeves and the like economically and inexpensively.
