DescriptionDer Schubbodentrockner ist eine eigenentwicklung der Firma BK Metallbau, die Trockenleistung beträgt 20 qm³ in 24 Std. Wärmetauscherleistung von 80 KW - 120 KW Thermisch nach Kundenwunsch
Lüfterleistung 2,2 KW Elektrisch. Der Schubbodentrockner ist geeignet für Hackschnitzel. Die Befüllung der beiden Gelben Transportcontainer erfolgt über Steigschnecken. Steuerung SPS der Trocknungsprozess erfolgt Vollautomatisch. Eine Jahresleistung bei 300 Arbeitstagen von 6000 qm3 ist möglich

DescriptionDer Bandtrockner im Bild Mitte ist eine eigenentwicklung der Firma BK Metallbau, die Trockenleistung beträgt 10 qm³ in 24 Std. Wärmetauscherleistung 60 KW Thermisch , Lüfterleistung 0,7 KW Elektrisch.
Der Bandtrockner ist geeignet für die Hackschnitzeltrocknung. Steuerung SPS der Trockenprozess erfolgt Vollautomatisch. Rechts im Bild eine Luzernepresse, Links im Bild die Hackschnitzel Siebanlage eine eigenentwicklung der Firma BK Metallbau. Es können 5 Größen gesiebt werden, je nach Kundenwunsch
