Tight Tolerances: Machining to tolerances as fine as ±0.01 mm, suitable for high-precision applications. Material Expertise: Extensive experience machining aluminum, steel, titanium, other non-ferrous alloys, and engineering plastics. Additional Services: In-house finishing processes including natural, colored, and hard anodizing; laser engraving; and mechanical assembly of components (non-welded assemblies up to 1500 × 500 × 500 mm in size and 40 kg weight). Production Volume: Efficient production of small-to-medium batch sizes, typically 20–50 units per part(minimum order quantities starting at 20 pieces per design). Quality Assurance: ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. All parts are inspected with a Mitutoyo EURO M574 CMM to verify dimensional accuracy. Modern Equipment: A production facility equipped with 40+ HAAS CNC machines, enabling high productivity and quick turnaround times.
