Verbindungs-, Gewinde u. Schweißteile
DescriptionBei Bedarf übernehmen wir auch zusätzliche Bearbeitungen wie schweißen, gewinden, vernieten und montieren kleiner kompletter Baugruppen. Zum Teil erfolgen diese Bearbeitungsschritte auch im automatischen Fertigungsprozess. Auf Wunsch veredeln wir Ihre Produkte auch mit funktionellen Oberflächen, oder mit Oberflächen die dekorativen Charakter aufweisen.

Kontaktteile u.-federn mit u. ohne Niet
DescriptionIn der Herstellung von Kontaktfedern aus den verschiedensten leitenden Werkstoffen und Sonderlegierungen haben wir langjährige Erfahrungen. Auf Wunsch können wir Stanz- und Biegeteile auch mit diversen Kontaktnieten versehen. Ob halb- oder vollautomatisch, orientiert sich an den vorgegebenen Losgrößen. Damit bieten wir Ihnen in allen Bereichen ein kostenoptimiertes Endprodukt.

Drahtbiegeteile
DescriptionUnsere Draht-Biegeteile und Verbindungselemente kommen in verschiedensten Branchen und Bereichen zum Einsatz. Wir verarbeiten für diese Produktgruppe vornehmlich Federstahldrähte bis 3 mm Durchmesser, sowie Eisendrähte bis 8 mm Durchmesser. Auch rostfreie Drähte und Buntmetalldrähte kommen häufig zum Einsatz.

Federzugklemmen und Sonderbiegefedern
DescriptionFederzugklemmen: werden meist aus Flachdraht 1.4310 mit anschließender Wärmebehandlung in mittleren bis sehr großen Mengen hergestellt.
Sonderbiegefedern: kommen in Lagern und anderen Anwendungsgebieten zum Einsatz. Die Fertigung erfolgt auf Spezialmaschinen.

Kohleführungen und Montageteile
DescriptionKohleführungen meist aus Messing oder Bronze kommen in den verschiedensten Varianten im Elektromotorenbereich zum Einsatz. Außerdem bieten wir kleine Baugruppen z.B. in Verbindung mit Kunststoffspritzgussteilen an.
