Company description
Our company has been serving domestic and international partners for 45 years. At Borsodi, we strive to meet our partners' needs as comprehensively as possible. We manufacture machined parts in unique and small series production. Our machinery covers the entire field of machining, including 3-5 axis milling, turning, surface and cylindrical grinding, wire and die-sinking EDM. Since heat treatment is an essential part of component manufacturing, we have established our own heat treatment facility. In addition to treating our own components, we also offer contract heat treatment services for our partners, from small quantities to millions of units. Our in-house heat treatment technologies include: • Vacuum and oil hardening • Gas nitriding (carbo-nitriding) • Case hardening (carburizing + oil hardening) • Nitrocarburizing • Stress relief • Annealing • Tempering • Normalizing • Washing
