Who we are
MOLMAT (Brandariz i Valentín Motlles i Construccions Metàliques, S.L.) is a Spanish company specialised in the design, manufacturing and maintenance of high-precision moulds for aluminium and plastic injection. Founded in 1978 and based in Olèrdola (Barcelona), MOLMAT has more than 45 years of experience in the mould industry. The company has built a strong reputation for precision engineering, reliability and technical expertise, becoming a trusted partner for demanding industrial sectors, particularly automotive, which represents around 90% of its activity. Operating from a 1,400 m² industrial facility, MOLMAT combines advanced machinery, specialised engineering know-how and a highly skilled team to deliver complex mould solutions with high durability, repeatability and quality standards. MOLMAT manufactures moulds ranging from 1 to 15 tons for aluminium casting and plastic injection, and also provides maintenance, modification and repair services throughout the entire life cycle of the tool. With a production capacity of around 22,750 productive hours per year and an average of 30 new moulds annually, the company focuses on precision, efficiency and long-term partnerships with its clients. MOLMAT’s philosophy is based on continuous improvement, investment in technology and people, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
