Who we are
Since 1889 we produce as a family in Hilden, in the heart of the Rhineland. We mainly supply to the automotive industry and recognize the challenge of changing markets. "Those who do not move with the times, moving with the times", and that's why we secure for decades our high product quality by continually investing in serious murder machinery and the expertise of our staff. Together from the start: We are happy to advise during the development phase to the production-oriented design with forged parts. Prototypes, small series, small series tools to series production. For this purpose, you can use our seasoned practitioners and technicians to the side in order to your individual requirements to take. With our specialized metal forming CAD system, we can handle all common formats. Modern punching and forming machines allow precise and appropriate customer implementation. With a press force up to 5000 KN and a table length up to 2.5 m we process with Progressive and transfer dies, all types of sheet metal (Steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal) up to a max. Thickness of 10 mm and a width up to 600 mm. The average part weight ranges from a few grams up to about 1 kg. The pieces have a dimension of an A4 sheet in the level up to the shoe box size in the room. After the forming process are a function of product and quantities fully automatic welding centers and robotic systems available. All common methods such as MIG / MAG welding are, Resistance welding, soldering and so on. We are happy to take final completion works for you. Even with surface coatings, we are happy to advise you in the selection of functionally appropriate and cost-effective methods. We are certified to TS 16949 and supply our automotive customers with single-digit ppm -. Rates.
