Manufacturing
Our employees are provided with the latest means of production. This involves modern CNC-controlled lathes as well as multi-spindle, long-turning and turret automatic lathes. Further processing such as remilling, super-finish turning, drilling, milling, thread cutting, thread rolling, external cylindrical grinding, burnishing, bending, pressing and broaching is done with special machines and rotary transfer machines.
Our core capabilities
Production of precision turned parts on single and multi-spindle automats, Short turned parts ø 4 - 42mm, Long turned parts ø 2.5 - 32mm, Large and medium series, Complex parts on CNC automatic lathes with one setting. Capabilities for further processing (e.g. rotary transfer machines with automatic feeding, cylindrical surface grinders, broaching machines and presses etc.), Construction of jigs and fixtures, Subassemblies, Prototyping, 100%-verification with opto-electronic measuring machine
