More than 20 years experience Already since 1986 we manufacture turned parts to customer specifications with common materials and deliver to our customers worldwide. There are of us the wide range of industries supplies such as automotive, medical, engineering, aerospace, electronics, leisure industry and many more. State of the art production and testing support our team in the manufacture to your exacting turning and milling parts to produce on time. Flexibility is our strength Our machinery enables the complete machining of complex turned parts up to 20mm diameter on the most modern CNC long turning machines. We produce Präzionsdrehteile, long turning parts, short turned parts, turned parts and small micro turned parts in large series as well as in small series. Even sophisticated deep-hole drilling can be produced. Simple rotating parts (special screws according to the drawing) are produced upon cam-type turning machines up to 12mm diameter.. Processing methods: -Our machinery enables the complete machining of complex turned parts up to 20 mm in diameter on the latest CNC lathes. We produce precision turned parts, machining parts, short turned parts, turned parts and small micro turned parts in large series as well as in small series. Even sophisticated deep holes can be produced. Simple rotating parts (special screws according to the drawing) are on winding confess. Lathes to 12 mm in diameter made (Strohm, Tornos). On Francesco ring turning machines, we can produce pins, axles, shafts, etc. Materials: We process steel (free cutting steel, hardened steel, hardened and tempered steel) and Edelsthl (1.4104, 1.4105, 1.4016, 1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4404, 1.4435, etc.) and non-ferrous metals, copper, brass (special brass), aluminum and titanium.
