Who we are
Stainless steel service center with approx. 20,000 tons of material in stock - stainless steel cross-cutting systems, sheets and fix coil formats - Sanding, brushing and foiling, even from the coil - Coil cutting options: Material 0.4 - 12 mm to 2000 mm width and 16000mm length Sheets up to 50mm in stock. Also coil to coil - Sanding and foiling of sheets from 1mm - 50mm to 2000mm wide and 16000mm length (also on both sides) according to Ra specifications - Several laser systems up to 7kW. Max. sheet thickness 30mm stainless steel. Completion according to DXF or DWG - Contract manufacturing also for black steel and other materials - Water cutting 6500 bar, material thickness up to 190mm - Bending on 4 Trumpf systems up to 6050mm. Material up to 10 mm - Pillow plates manufactured according to customer specifications in approx. 10 days Access to 20,000 t of material even with ASME Code Sec.VIII Div.1 certificate - In-house production of flat steel from 2 mm to 12 mm in HL 3000 — 6000 mm - Travelling around the DACH region with around 30 truckloads per week
