Who we are
We are in the province of Padua and cover a total area of 12000 square meters of which 6000 square meters, we are 65 direct and indirect operators and we deal mainly of mechanical processing. Going down a bit 'in detail, I can say that we are experts in mechanical processing of metals including aluminum, titanium, alloy and plastic materials: we use machines with two, three axes (lathes motorizzai with counter) and four and five axis (centers horizontal and multitasking machines work as Mazak Integrex). We use software cadcam and we can generate n codes from any 3D format (Solidworks, Solid Edge, Catia, ProE). We support the work to chip away the carpentry work and sheet metal laser cutting and bending and a whole department for welding (mag and tig) of steels and aluminums. We are very good also to work with the pipe bender assembling fittings with mechanical seal or by braze welding: with pressure testing possibilities. In recent years we have expanded the offer to our partners and also manages the assembly of the parts we manufacture with trade material according to separate you provide. We control what we do with all the classic tools of the machine and with Zeiss coordinate measuring machines. As regards the certifications as already knows, we have the 9100, the 9001, the 3834 (welding process), the 1090 (EC for structural components), and certifications for internal operators that perform magnetic particle inspections, ultrasonic and Visual Test .
