Campolucci Mechatronics Srl performs precision mechanical processing, with high skills in mechanical and optical design for the civil (biomedical), defense and aerospace markets.In addition to precision mechanics, it offers multiple services ranging from study and design (internal design department) to the final creation of prototypes and equipment. Thanks also to an internal design department, it is also able to offer customers a complete, “turnkey” service, providing:- definition of product specifications- mechanical design- optical design, in particular: design of optical, laser, fiber optic systems, optical banks, alignment systems. Optical systems from ultraviolet to visible to infrared; from miniature objectives to large aperture telescopes with expertise in radiometry, photometry, colorimetry, NVG compatibility - identification and optimization of suitable production processes- product/system qualification The technologies used fall within the scope of the use of vehicles and equipment that can be summarized in the following macro areas: mechanical processing - CNC machining centers (lathes and cutters) - traditional lathes and cutters - Laser marking system - electronic warehouse - tooling - primary and secondary measuring instruments Electromechanical assemblies - clean room, with Softwall solution in ISO 7 class - workstations equipped for assembly and sub-assembly activities - temperature-controlled soldering stations. Test room equipped with optical instruments and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
