Our own tool provides the flexibility of our production facilities. We guarantee a consistently high quality of our products with a careful manufacturing and final inspection by individual testing equipment. Regular undertaken by the customer product audits and supplier assessments have repeatedly confirmed the high level of quality and delivery reliability. Our clients include major companies in the automotive, lighting and electrical industry as well as the furniture fitting and camping industry at home and abroad. We manufacture the following materials: - Stainless spring steels 1.4310, 1.4301, 1.4568 according to DIN EN 10151 - Phosphor bronze strip Cu Sn 6 according to DIN EN 1654 - Beryllium copper Cu loading according to DIN EN 1654 - Brass band Cu Zn 37 according to DIN EN 1652 - Aluminium AL MG SI according to DIN EN 485-4 - Surface band (egB. silver plated) - Spring steels grade C 60 S, C 75 S according to DIN EN 10132-4 - Spring steel round wire rolled grade C 35, C 45 according to DIN EN 10016-2 Execution: Thickness: 0.10 to 3.50 mm Width: 1.00 to 80.00 mm Edges: cut or rounded off.
