Who we are
Since its foundation in 2010, Centralwood has been fulfilling both domestic and European orders in the fields of heritage building restoration, as well as the manufacturing of design furniture and objects. Our projects include Hungarian and European heritage buildings, such as castles, churches, and villas. Our clients include well-known hotel chains and furniture manufacturing companies. The outstanding quality of our work is demonstrated by our reference projects. Our company’s main profile is the restoration and reconstruction of wood, metal, glass, and plaster elements, decorative painting, as well as the reinforcement and construction of structural elements. During the design phase, we use hand sketches, 3D technology, and during construction, we apply manual craftsmanship, CNC milling, and 3D printing. Additionally, we provide comprehensive project management for all restoration areas in a single hand, offering convenience to the client. After the contract is signed, we take care of everything, from the permit process to restoration design, execution, and final handover at the site. CNC Milling The CNC machine can create the surface of an object with varying levels of precision, from coarse rastering to a completely smooth finish. A common method is the combination of modern technology with traditional manual techniques. In this case, the CNC machine performs the rough shaping of the object, assisting the sculptors in their work. Essentially, a handcrafted item is created, to which the craftsmen can later add their personal touch. A great example of this is the wooden railing in the gallery of the Róheim Villa, which involved both restoration and complete reconstruction phases.
