Established in 1975, CiS Components Instruments Systems GmbH & Co. KG grew out of the consulting engineers’ office previously established in Viersen, Germany, in 1972. Later, the Company developed into CiS ELECTRONIC GmbH. In 1997 CiS SYSTEMS s.r.o. had been founded as a production facility in the Czech Republic. CiS ELECTRONIC specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of electro-mechanical components and system technology. In close cooperation with customers’ development engineers optimum technical and commercially successful solutions are realized. Today CiS belongs to the most efficient partners to leading companies operating in the area of transmission and connector technology. CiS has concentrated on the most up-to-date designs with inherently high quality standards. Its production-integrated quality assurance system set up in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 guarantees the highest level of quality. CiS production facilites are registered under UL file number E-190175 and are subject to constant monitoring by Underwriters Laboratories USA (UL). Although all sales activities are focussed on the European Market, product, technology and know-how are determined by the global market.
