The Classen GmbH is a traditional company which is innovative in the service of customers operating since 1940. In the field of CNC - Laser - cutting, - Kant - and Entgrattechnolgie Classen is one of the technology leaders in Northern Germany and Hamburg. Our flexibility also larger order volumes in sheet metal processing to produce in short periods helps our more than 500 customers across Europe to scheduling your sheet metal parts. With our three flat bed laser equipment and our three Laser - punching combination systems, we can produce any metal part cost-optimized. With 6KW power We will laser engrave up to 30.0 mm thick material. Our combined systems can laser cut in one clamping, punching, nibbling, shape, sign, transform, thread rolling, reduce, sicken. In addition to sheets, we can also edit tubes with the laser. We manufacture not only the laser - blanks also perforated sheets, displays, panels, consoles, and many other drawing parts. We process steel sheet (sheet metal, sheet metal thickness), stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, copper, brass. In the area of Entgrattechnolgie we have set new standards in the wage sector. We edges with a CNC-controlled wet grinding machine, which removes in a continuous rough burr breaking edges on all inner and outer contours and can produce a surface finish. For small items we use three grinding systems that guarantee a perfectly deburred part. On request, all parts can be cleaned with ultrasound. Our 4 press brakes are equipped among other things with 6-axis attacks, bending angle sensors and extensive tools. The highly productive edges of standard parts and prototypes is our daily business. With our own 3D design department, we also offer you our know-how in the development of complex sheet metal assemblies. Our quality assurance 3D measuring robot ensures a continuously consistent Quality of your products. Of course, we also offer our customers complete assemblies including all purchased parts and finish from a single source. In our component assembly mount and we manufacture according to your customized complete assemblies. On request, we also offer our customers a complete warehouse logistics with Just-in-Time Deliveries to. As additional services we provide, inter alia, all welding processes, roller-set, set of Einpreßverbindern, complete Nietmontagen of assemblies and much more. All processes are controlled by an integrated ERP / PPS system with us and controlled.
