Who we are

The milling of precision components is our core business. It has been so from the beginning and today we can propose solutions to the most complex problems efficiently, quickly and at competitive economic conditions. To do this in the best possible way, we provide assistance to our customers in the industrialization phase and we can provide a complete production management service, starting from the design to the management of the finished component, marked, assembled, packed and shipped. Markets: For historical reasons and for its territorial location, C.N. Meccanica has developed extensive experience in the production of mechanical components for automatic machines, in particular in the food, pharmaceutical and tobacco sectors. For these sectors, very often we also produce format components. The great flexibility of our machines allows us to be very competitive both in the production of prototypes and in the production of medium series with multi-pallet machines, even if not manned. We currently produce mainly for large clients operating in the packaging, machine tools, measurement equipment and systems and aerospace sectors. Quality and precision: usually these two words are associated only with the finished product. At C.N. Meccanica, we believe that all our actions must be carried out according to this philosophy. It is not enough to deliver a perfect component but, for example, it is essential that the documentation that accompanies it is clear and exhaustive, that they have been carefully stored and that the packaging preserves it during transport. This is why each of us strives every day to do our job “a little better” and to make sure that, every day, even the work of our customers is “a little better” thanks to C.N. Meccanica. The company is equipped with milling machines and a numerically controlled work center, supported by machinery and equipment suitable for the preparation, control and finishing of the components produced. There is also a programming office equipped with the software necessary for the study and implementation of machine tool production programs. The training of people is done both formally and informally, supporting the most experienced people with the youngest every day to make their professionalism grow. We collaborate with local Technical Institutes and training institutions, we host their students for internship periods and some of these have been added later. Dimensional testing is not only a verification of what has been produced, but it is part of a work style that qualifies and makes the companies that have integrated this activity into their process grow. From the beginning, C.N. Meccanica has equipped itself with equipment and trained personnel dedicated exclusively to this activity to ensure that each component delivered complies with what was requested.
