Who we are
As a medium sized company, we operate very successfully since 1998. Thanks to our highly qualified staff and the most modern production machines, we can refer to a number of satisfied customers, which include well-known companies regionally and nationally count. We produce turned and milled parts of high precision. Our materials are plastics, metals, aluminum and other materials. From our manufactured parts are used in the industry, the recycling industry, the construction industry, craft and in many other areas where top quality is paramount. We offer CNC technology in contract manufacturing - general engineering parts, boring work to heavy duty cutting. Due to our ongoing schedule monitoring, we ensure compliance with the specified dates, because quality and delivery are our highest priority. Through ongoing investment we make for a good and new machinery.Our very good and motivated employees in connection with this machinery are the basis for our continued success. Since May 2007, most of machining with a Kekeisen UFF (United Machining Center): Universal Travelling column milling machine for large parts UFF and shuttle machining X-axis: 1 - 12000 mm (longitudinal) Y-axis: 1 - 1400 mm (transverse) Z-axis: 1 - 1800 mm (high) We are equipped for for heavy and very heavy work pieces. CNC - Milling With our CNC mills, we can meet almost all requirements in order for your needs To finished parts. With our extensive range of tools we have grown virtually any task. Aufpanzertechnik This method is often used in the recycling industry. Also in the construction industry, in the high wear is commonplace, hard facing has a high priority. Due to wear of lost material is applied again.Particularly hard and highly wear-resistant materials prolong the service life and thus help save costs. Flame spraying technique By flame spraying to run-in bearing seats on shafts and rough surfaces of sealing seats renew easily. The melted metal powder can be applied up to 3mm thick. Flame spraying is also suitable for the application of corrosion protective layers of plastic.
